Our Policies

Our scheduled appointments are designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to perform a specific service. We advise that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so that you have some time to relax before you enjoy your Tatiana Day Spa experience.

• All major credit cards are accepted.

• Some specific services will require a 50% deposit.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

If our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we appreciate a call 48 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule and service other clients.
 
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice impacts Tatiana Day Spa and the opportunity to service other clients. If this occurs, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. Holders of Tatiana Day Spa gift certificate who cancel with less that 48 hours notice OR do not show up will forfeit the service on their certificate.

No Shows:

No Shows will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

Credit Card Required For Bookings Over $50

We reserve the right to ask the client to provide credit card details for all services booked over $50. This will ensure that others are not incovenienced if a client does not attend a scheduled booking.

Gratuity- Cash Only:

Gratuity is not included in the price of hair or spa services. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% for regular priced services but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or the hair stylist upon completion of your service with cash only. Cash tips can also be left at front desk for our staff. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. 

Other Stuff:

 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 No refunds will be given. We will only offer a store credit to be used at another time.

Product and gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift Certificates cannot be combined with any other discounts or gift certificates. We do not accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are available online and in store.
